Supply and Installation of Chillers for "Lotte-Rakhat" Company

For our long-term partner, the "Lotte-Rakhat" company, we engineered, manufactured, supplied, and installed chillers for the company’s production and technological needs in the cities of Almaty and Shymkent.

Each supplied chiller was custom-built to the client's individual requirements, based on the specific application and task. During the engineering and manufacturing phases, our engineers utilized the Bitzer Compact screw compressor series.

The Compact compressor series offers a wide range of advantages over conventional screw compressors:

Stepless and stepped capacity regulation.

Compact footprint of the unit due to the integrated oil separator.

Low noise and vibration levels.

High Coefficient of Performance (COP).

Ease of operation.

Economizer compatibility.

High reliability and an extended operational lifespan.

The project also utilized shell-and-tube heat exchangers and oil coolers manufactured by Bitzer, alongside automation components from Danfoss, Siemens, and Schneider. The condensers used were manufactured by Sest LU-VE. In addition to the chillers, our specialists designed and installed hydronic modules for various types of coolants, including water and propylene glycol.
