Supply and Installation of Chillers and Hydronic Modules for "Lotte-Rakhat" JSC in Almaty

For our long-term partner, the "Lotte-Rakhat" factory, we engineered, manufactured, supplied, and installed chillers and hydronic modules for their production technology line.

The chillers and hydronic modules were custom-built to the client's individual requirements and successfully integrated into the structure of the famous factory's new production line, ensuring its high-quality and uninterrupted operation. During the engineering and manufacturing phases, our engineers utilized the Bitzer Compact screw compressor series.

The Compact compressor series offers a wide range of advantages over conventional screw compressors:

The project also utilized shell-and-tube heat exchangers and oil coolers manufactured by Bitzer, alongside automation components from Danfoss, Siemens, and Schneider. The condensers used were manufactured by the Italian company LU-VE. In addition to the chillers, our specialists designed and installed hydronic modules for the secondary coolant. These hydronic modules feature a dual-pump configuration (primary and standby), expansion tanks, as well as automation and protection systems designed for 24/7 operation.
