The project was executed using energy-saving Bitzer compressors with variable capacity regulation, which guarantees optimal power consumption. It features custom-designed heat exchangers from our partners, Sest LU-VE, and PIR sandwich panels made of stainless steel, manufactured specifically for this project by ProfHolod.
An industrial fish-drying project. The task required the simultaneous dehydration of 10 tons of fish within a 7-to-9-day period. The project was implemented using complex engineering solutions; management and control processes are fully automated using Danfoss Adap-Kool automation components. Air dehumidification technology via evaporators with subsequent reheating on the condenser was applied. The chamber's temperature and humidity levels, as well as the overall system operation status, are displayed both online and on the control unit located directly next to the chamber.
