The adiabatic cooling system from the Dutch manufacturer Oxycom is a unique, patented solution that reduces power consumption for refrigeration units by 25–30%. The PreCool adiabatic air cooling system lowered the air temperature at the condenser inlet by 13–15 degrees Celsius! The installed electrical capacity of the compressors was reduced by 50 kW. The payback period for this system is 1.5–2 years.
Key features of the Oxycom adiabatic cooling system:- No water treatment required.
- No direct contact between water and the condenser.
- The inlet water temperature does not affect the system's efficiency.
- Easily removable panels for cleaning, equipped with a protective filter.
- Water recalculates within the system.
- An operational lifespan of at least 5 years.
- The aluminum fins of the panels feature an anti-corrosion, antibacterial, microbiological, water-absorbing, and distribution coating. Oxyvap panels act as a contact air humidifier, meaning no droplets enter the air, which prevents the airborne spread of Legionella.

A water heating system utilizing "free" condensation heat. In this project, we implemented a large and complex system for "free" water heating through heat recovery from condensation. We provided the client with 3 cubic meters of warm water. The payback period for this system is just over 2 years, with an operational lifespan of at least 10 years.

An economizer for the low-temperature refrigeration unit allowed us to cut the required compressor capacity in half. Utilizing the capacity of the medium-temperature refrigeration unit to subcool the refrigerant of the low-temperature system significantly reduces the required capacity. This delivers savings not only during operation but, in many cases, also makes the solution cheaper for the client during the initial investment phase.
